About

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What Do You Build?

Custom homes, knockdown rebuilds and major renovations and extensions across Melbourne, usually architect-designed and always built by our own carpenters.

  • Who Makes the Joinery?

We do. Our sister company ARKO Joinery designs and makes kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries and feature joinery in our own workshop. Mitch manages every package from shop drawing to install, so there’s no outside joiner to chase.

  • When Should We Get Involved?

As early as possible, because that’s when we save you the most. Through Early Contractor Involvement we work with your architect or designer to test buildability, detailing and budget before it’s locked in, so you don’t redesign after tender.

  • How Do We Get Started?

Book a consultation. Robbie or Chris will meet you at our office or at your place to go through your plans, budget and timeline, and tell you straight whether we’re the right fit.
